This machine washes egg trays, pallets and dividers. There is a manual in-feed where the dirty trays are placed, from here they are transported in two lanes and two levels up to a de-stacker which makes them go one and one through the washing section. In the washing section the trays are washed with water and soap under high pressure, which gives a cleaner result then using brushes. After wash the trays are stacked again and transported into a spin-dryer that makes the trays more than 95% dry. From here the trays are transported on to a transport band into a buffer system.
The pallets and dividers also have a manual in-feed just in front of the trays, this gives the operator the smallest amount of operating space, and therefore save time. The pallets and dividers are going underneath the trays to use the least amount of space for the machine, like the trays they are also washed with water and soap under high pressure. After the wash the pallets and dividers are stacked.
