New option for your washing machine

During the Corona pandemic we at Echberg Manutech have invented a new high pressure module for our washing machines for egg trays and pallet washers. The module has a working pressure from 80 to 160 bar, and have rotating nozzles, which gives a better cleaning process for your equipment. The module can be installed on an already working machine or be bought as an option on a new machine.

In the video below you can see before and after picture of egg trays. As you can see they are coming out perfectly clean after the new washing system.

Live bird crate washer

This machine is a fullautomatic washing and handling machine for live bird crates. First the crates are transported to a flipping section, here the crates are flipped over to fully empty the crates. Afterwards they are transported through a soaking bath with self-cleaning rotating filters, the soaking bath softeners the dirt, so it is easier to wash the crates. From here the crates are going into the washing section where there are 3 steps, a pre-wash, main-wash and after wash. This is all to assure the best hygiene and all the steps is done by spraying water and soap under high pressure to get the best cleaning result. After wash the crates will be stacked and is ready for use once again. At the moment the stacker is under production and is not included in the video.

Egg wash and sorting machine

This machine washes and sorting eggs.

First the eggs are taken through a washing section, where they are rotated so all sides of the eggs are cleaned with water and soap under high pressure. With the washing of eggs you have to discard fewer eggs, and therefore more eggs are ready to be packed.

This machine also sorting the eggs if they are not probably clean after wash.
