Washing and handling

This washing- and handling machine is produced for handling and washing of pallets, pallet nets, and egg trays.

Egg trays are handled automatically after the Moba-machine, but the loading of pallets and pallet nets is manually loaded at the inline-lane before the washing machine. After the machine the egg trays are stacked in a height of 120 pieces, and the pallets and pallet nets goes directly through the washing machine to the palletizing robot, where they are stacked into a finished unit.

To achieve a compact and space saving solution the washing machine is produced in to levels, where pallets/pallet nets are washed at the bottom line and egg trays at the top line.

Palletizing system

This system can be described as a basic module where all handling is automatic. The pallets including net are loaded manually on the in-line-position, and then the machine fills pallet nets in the buffer-place at the top of the magazine. Hereafter a pallet is loaded at the in-line-position og the machine is now ready for palletizing. Stacks with egg trays are collected in rows with 4 trays, and then they are loaded to the pallet, when 3 rows are loaded (12 stacks with egg trays) the robot picks a pallet net from the magazine. Hereafter the machine is set to a new palletizing height and the next layer of egg trays can be stacked. The machine can stack in a height up to 6 layers.
